IN DEVELOPMENT

Odzai.

I'm building creative-first tooling for people who think in plans and sections—not rigid grids. The goal is structure without suffocation: fewer modes, more flow.

Why Odzai exists

Most design tools assume either pure drawing or pure CAD. I want something that respects architectural thinking: constraints, references, and iteration without enterprise bloat.

I'm shipping in thin slices: navigation, document model, then collaboration-shaped hooks—only where they earn their place.

Canvas, not chaos

A single workspace that keeps hierarchy legible—so ideas stay connected as the drawing evolves.

Opinionated defaults

Sensible grids and snapping so setup doesn't eat the first hour.

Shipping cadence

Weekly cuts, public notes, ruthless scope—so the product learns faster than the roadmap pretends.

Positioning

A studio-shaped bet on creative tooling.

Odzai is where I test narrative, onboarding, and retention for a category that rewards taste. The lessons here transfer to how I'd run a multi-product studio later.

  • Narrow wedge

One hero workflow first; everything else waits for pull, not push.

  • Craft as moat

Speed matters, but polish is how smaller outfits win against incumbents.
