Work.
I ship small SaaS: Odzai, Deductible, Redpoints, and Faithfull. Peppolsheet is paused—lessons retained, bandwidth moved to what's live.

How I build products
I start from a narrow job-to-be-done and ship a thin slice. If it doesn't earn attention in weeks, I adjust the wedge—not the roadmap fantasy.
Peppolsheet taught me where compliance-heavy SaaS collides with solo bandwidth; I stopped active development there and reallocated focus to Odzai, Deductible, Redpoints, and Faithfull.
Tight scope
One promise per release. I cut scope until the story is obvious in a single screen.
Ship often
Small deploys beat big plans. I optimize for learning speed, not slide decks.
Studio path
Lean execution now; repeatable systems later—so a future studio can compound instead of reset.
What live work trains me for.
Each product is a lab: positioning, onboarding, retention. I'm stacking those lessons so a future venture studio isn't a rebrand—it's a system I've already pressure-tested.
Fast feedback
I shorten the loop from idea to user truth—then double down or cut.
Coherent portfolio
Different domains, same bar: clear UX, honest claims, maintainable code.
